Changes to our data partner

We’re making some changes to the way we store your data. This just means that when you sign in or register on our Aqua Sana or Center Parcs websites, your data will be stored by a different partner. Your data security continues to be a top priority for us.

Why are you changing account partners?

We have decided to move to a new provider to ensure we can continue to provide account services that meet our technical requirements for customer identity and access management. This will have no impact on the way guests log in and use their account on the Center Parcs or Aqua Sana websites. 

Where will my data be stored?

Your data will be stored within the UK, but might be accessed on a limited and controlled basis from outside the UK for maintenance and support purposes only.

Will I need to create a new account?

No, you do not need to create a new account. All you need to do is sign in to your account as soon as possible to ensure that your data is transferred. If you don’t sign in until after the end of January 2024, you will receive a reset password email so that you can access your account again.

Can I update my information as normal? 

Yes, you can access and update your account as normal.

Will I need to create a new password?

You will only be asked to create a new password if you log in after the end of January 2024. 

Will the new partner have access to my personal information?

As an IT service provider, Okta will have access to and store certain personal information about you. However, they are only permitted to use that personal information to provide the services to us. We have a contract in place with Okta which requires them to keep your personal information secure and not use it for any other purposes. We have conducted a detailed assessment of Okta’s credentials, as we would before appointing any service provider.
