Make the most of your spa experience

We want to make sure we truly offer you the perfect spa escape in the forest and you can make the most of your spa experience, so here's everything you need to know before your visit. If you still have a question that needs answering, check out our frequently asked questions.

What to bring

All you really need to bring is your swimwear! You may also wish to bring something to wear on your feet in the spa, like slippers or flip flops.

We'll provide you with soft and snuggly towels and robes when you arrive. You'll get to try out some of our luxury spa products during your spa experience, and these can be purchased in the retail Boutique.

Our Vitalé Café Bar now works on a cashless payment basis, so please bring a contactless payment method.

When you arrive

On-site parking is available at all of our locations. When you arrive at Center Parcs Longford Forest, follow the drive to the arrivals lodge and show a copy of your confirmation email to our welcome team who will direct you to our spa car park. Once you've parked, make your way to Aqua Sana Forest Spa reception.

Softly, softly... Aqua Sana Forest Spa isn't a silent spa retreat, but please do remember to keep your voice down so that everybody can enjoy a peaceful, calm and quiet spa experience. Store your phone safely in your locker and take some precious time away from the outside world.

Treatments

Our treatments are designed to help you relax and feel at ease, so it’s helpful to know exactly what to expect beforehand. Our treatments are very popular, so we recommend booking in advance. You'll also need to complete a short medical questionnaire online before you arrive.

Please head to the treatment area 15 minutes before your treatment time and ensure you have dried off from any spa experiences, feel free to help yourself to a fresh, dry robe. Your therapist will take you to your private and comfortable treatment room, where they will talk you through what to expect and answer any questions.

The products we use can be purchased from Forest Spa Boutique, so make sure you bring a contactless payment method in case you want to treat yourself.
