Aqua Sana Forest Spa's '12 Days of Christmas' social competition

Terms and Conditions

1.       The Aqua Sana Forest Spa Center Parcs ‘’12 Days of Christmas’’ (the Promotion) is open to residents of the UK and Ireland only, aged 18 and over, except employees of Center Parcs (the Promoter), their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

2.       To take part in the Promotion, like the post, tag someone in the comments, share the post to your stories and follow @aquasanaspa or @aquasanaspaie. 

3.       There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion. 

4.       The Promotion opens on Monday 1st December at 7pm. The Promotion will close at 7pm on Friday 12th December 2025. In this instance, the period from 1st – 12th December inclusive, will be known as the “Promotion Period”. Any entries outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.

5.       There will be 12 prize winners, one for each day, who will be selected randomly from participants.

6.       There are 12 prizes in total for each day of the competition. 

Day 1: An Afternoon Tea Spa Escape for two people at Aqua Sana Forest Spa. Our Afternoon Tea Spa Escape includes access to the spa from 2:30pm – 6:30pm, an Afternoon Tea served in Vitalé Café Bar, plus complimentary robe and towel hire and access to free spa wellbeing sessions.

Day 2: A Forest Spa Day for two people at Aqua Sana Forest Spa, plus an Elemis ‘Away for the Holidays Travel Skincare Favourites’ kit worth £145 / €181.50. This kit contains: Pro-Collagen Marine Cream (15ml), Pro-Collagen Vitality Eye Cream (4ml), Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm (20g), Pro-Collagen Energising Marine Cleanser (30ml), Frangipani Monoi Shower Cream (100ml), Dynamic Resurfacing Facial Pads (14pc), plus a Luxury Travel Bag. Our Forest Spa Day includes access to the spa from 9:30am – 5pm, lunch served in Vitalé Café Bar, plus complimentary robe and towel hire and access to free spa wellbeing sessions.

Day 3: A Forest Spa Day for two people at Aqua Sana Forest Spa, plus a VOYA ‘The Land of Resilience Body Care Recovery Duo’ kit worth £77 / €85. This kit contains: Feel the Heat Body Warming Gel (100ml) and a Serenergise Rejuvenating Body Oil (100ml). Our Forest Spa Day includes access to the spa from 9:30am – 5pm, lunch served in Vitalé Café Bar, plus complimentary robe and towel hire and access to free spa wellbeing sessions.

Day 4: A Twilight Spa Escape for two people at Aqua Sana Forest Spa. Our Twilight Spa Escape includes access to the spa 4pm – 8pm, an Antipasti platter and glass of prosecco served in Vitalé Café Bar, plus complimentary robe and towel hire and access to free spa wellbeing sessions.

Day 5: A Forest Spa Day for two people at Aqua Sana Forest Spa, plus a [comfort zone] ‘Hydrating Glow Face Kit’ worth £123 / €142. This kit contains: Hydramemory Water Source Serum (30ml) and a Hydramemory Rich Sorbet Cream (50ml). Our Forest Spa Day includes access to the spa from 9:30am – 5pm, lunch served in Vitalé Café Bar, plus complimentary robe and towel hire and access to free spa wellbeing sessions.

Day 6: A Morning Spa Escape for two people at Aqua Sana Forest Spa. Our Morning Spa Escape includes access to the spa from 10:30am – 2:30pm, a Breakfast Platter served in Vitalé Café Bar, plus complimentary robe and towel hire and access to free spa wellbeing sessions.

Day 7: A Recharging Spa Day for two people at Aqua Sana Forest Spa. Our Recharging Spa Day includes access to the spa from 12:30pm – 8pm, a 50-minute Mind, Body and Sole Experience treatment, a body brush to take away with you to recreate a little bit of spa bliss at home, dinner and a glass of prosecco served in Vitalé Café Bar, plus complimentary robe and towel hire and access to free spa wellbeing sessions.

Day 8: A Forest Spa Day for two people at Aqua Sana Forest Spa, plus a VOYA ‘The Land of Inner Strength Body Sculpting Selection’ worth £89 / €99. This kit contains: Mindful Dreams Relaxing Body Oil (100ml), True Tranquil Body Wash (200ml), plus a Body Gua Shua. Our Forest Spa Day includes access to the spa from 9:30am – 5pm, lunch served in Vitalé Café Bar, plus complimentary robe and towel hire and access to free spa wellbeing sessions. 

Day 9: A Late Escape Spa Day for two people at Aqua Sana Forest Spa. Our Late Escape Spa Day includes access to the spa 12:30pm – 8pm, dinner served in Vitalé Café Bar, plus complimentary robe and towel hire and access to free spa wellbeing sessions.

Day 10: A Forest Spa Day for two people at Aqua Sana Forest Spa, plus a [comfort zone] ‘Replumping Firming Face Kit’ worth £247 / €285. This kit contains: Sublime Skin Pro Skin Barrier Cleanser (100ml), Sublime Skin Intensive Serum (30ml), plus a Sublime Skin Cream (60ml). Our Forest Spa Day includes access to the spa from 9:30am – 5pm, lunch served in Vitalé Café Bar, plus complimentary robe and towel hire and access to free spa wellbeing sessions.

Day 11: A Forest Spa Day for two people at Aqua Sana Forest Spa, plus an Elemis ‘The Magic of Pro-Collagen Pro-Collagen Complete Skincare Routine’ kit worth £418 / €527. This kit contains: Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm (100g), Pro-Collagen Energising Cleanser (150ml), Pro-Collagen Future Restore Serum (15ml), Pro-Collagen Marine Cream (100ml), Pro-Collagen Night Cream (30ml) plus a Luxury Cleansing Cloth. Our Forest Spa Day includes access to the spa from 9:30am – 5pm, lunch served in Vitalé Café Bar, plus complimentary robe and towel hire and access to free spa wellbeing sessions.

Day 12: A Forest Spa Break for two people at Aqua Sana Forest Spa. Our Forest Spa Break includes an overnight stay in a Luxury Spa Suite at Elveden or Woburn Forest, a Forest Spa Apartment at Whinfell, Sherwood or Longleat Forest, or a Lakeside Apartment at Longford Forest. This prize also includes two full days of spa access, welcome drinks on arrival, lunch at Vitalé Café Bar on your first day, a £70 / €80 voucher towards your evening meal which can be used at one of our on-site restaurants, plus a light breakfast served in Vitalé Café Bar on your second day

7.       The prizes do not include travel expenses or insurance.

8.       The winners will be contacted by direct message from @aquasanaspa by Tuesday 16th December 2025. The winners must respond to notification of their prize by 12:00pm on Friday 19th December 2025. Failure to respond in that time will result in the prize being forfeited and the Promoters reserves the right to select a new winner, in these circumstances.

9. The Aqua Sana Forest Spa terms of booking apply Terms of booking

10.       The winners agree to the use of his/her/their name and image in any publicity material free of charge. 

11.       The decision of the Promoter in relation to the Promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into. No information regarding entries or judging will be disclosed to any third party.

12.   The name of the winners are available on request.

13.   Automated, bulk or third-party entries will be disqualified. Any incomplete, corrupted or entries not in accordance with the entry instructions, will be rejected. Any entries from participants, who we reasonably believe have acted unfairly, will be disqualified.  

14.   The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that it deems to be suspicious or achieved through manipulation of the promotion or any of the platforms that it is made available through.

15.   The prizes are not transferable, re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative. 

16.   In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

17.   By entering, participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. 

18.   The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. 

19.   Any personal information provided will be used in conjunction with the Aqua Sana Forest Spa Privacy Policy which you can see online at  www.aquasana.ie/support/privacy.html

20.   No social media website (such as Facebook, Instagram, X or any other such website) are sponsors of the Promotion and have no responsibility or liability regarding the conduct or administration of the Promotion.

21.   These rules are governed by English and Irish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British and Irish Courts.
