Aqua Sana Forest Spa Own Brand Launch Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The Aqua Sana Forest Spa Center Parcs ‘Aqua Sana Forest Spa Own Brand Launch Competition’ (the Promotion) is open to residents of the UK and Ireland only, aged 18 and over, except employees of Center Parcs (the Promoter), their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. To take part in the Promotion, like the post, tag the person you want to bring with you, share the post to your stories and follow @aquasanaspa or @aquasanaspaie.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.
4. The Promotion opens on Monday 7th September 7pm. The Promotion will close at 7pm on 7th August 2026. In this instance, the period from 7th September – 18th September inclusive, will be known as the “Promotion Period”. Any entries outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.
5. There will be 1 prize winner who will be selected randomly from all participants.
6. The prize is a Forest Spa Day for two people at any of our six Aqua Sana Forest Spa locations across the UK and Ireland, as well as Citrus Canopy Awakening Shampoo 300ml, Citrus Canopy Awakening Conditioner 300ml, Citrus Canopy Awakening Hand & Body Wash 300ml, Citrus Canopy Awakening Hand & Body Lotion 300ml, Lavender Dream Calming Sleep Spray 10ml, Mandarin Reverie Exfoliating Body Polish 190ml, Lavender Dream Body Oil 100ml, Mandarin Reverie Nourishing Body Balm 100ml. Our Forest Spa Day package includes access to the spa 9am-4.30pm, 9.30am-5pm or 12pm-7.30pm, lunch served in Vitale Café Bar, complimentary towel and robe hire, plus access to Free Spa Wellbeing Sessions.
8. The prize does not include travel expenses or insurance.
9. The winner will be contacted by direct message from @aquasanaspa or @aquasanaspaie by 22nd September 2026. The winner must respond to notification of their prize by 24th September 2026. Failure to respond in that time will result in the prize being forfeited and the Promoters reserves the right to select a new winner, in these circumstances.

11. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material free of charge.
12. The decision of the Promoter in relation to the Promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into. No information regarding entries or judging will be disclosed to any third party.
13. The name of the winner is available on request.
14. Automated, bulk or third-party entries will be disqualified. Any incomplete, corrupted or entries not in accordance with the entry instructions, will be rejected. Any entries from participants, who we reasonably believe have acted unfairly, will be disqualified.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that it deems to be suspicious or achieved through manipulation of the promotion or any of the platforms that it is made available through.
16. The prize is not transferable, re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.
17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
18. By entering, participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

21. No social media website (such as Facebook, Instagram, X or any other such website) are sponsors of the Promotion and have no responsibility or liability regarding the conduct or administration of the Promotion.
22. These rules are governed by British and Irish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British and Irish Courts.
