Discover a range of free Wellbeing Sessions, available to all of our spa guests as part of a Forest Spa Day or Forest Spa Break. These staff led sessions focus on self-care, relaxation and overall health and wellbeing. They each take place multiple times a day, so you can find a session to suit you.

Sleep Sessions

Sleep is one of the best healers for both mind and body. This period of rest allows your body to perform essential maintenance on everything from your memory and immune system to hormones and healing. However not everyone finds it easy to have a restful night of sleep. In our Sleep Sessions you can learn how to relax your body and calm your mind, as our therapist takes you on a journey to a peaceful, restorative sleep. Using guided breathing exercises and essential oils followed by a relaxation ritual – you will be fully prepared for a full night of slumber.

Sound Bathing

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative experience where sound becomes your guide to relaxation and inner peace. In this session, you will be enveloped by the soothing tones of Tibetan Singing Bowls carefully chosen for their healing resonance.

These sound journeys are designed to support your overall wellbeing, offering a gentle invitation to slow down and reconnect. As calming frequencies wash over you, tensions can begin to melt away, making space for a sense of ease and balance and enabling deep relaxation in both body and mind.
